KAVACA Ceramic IR — the most advanced nano-ceramic automotive window film ever created. Blocks up to 99% of infrared heat while keeping factory-clear visibility, rejecting UV, and looking impossibly sharp on any vehicle.
KAVACA Ultimate IR is Ceramic Pro’s top-tier window film — built on the same nano-ceramic chemistry the brand pioneered for its surface-protection coatings. A proprietary IR-blocking ceramic layer targets the infrared wavelengths that make a cabin feel hot, without dye, without metal, and without compromising the look of your glass.
At any given shade, Ultimate IR rejects more heat than the films two or three steps darker that competitors offer. The result is comfort, clarity, and protection — without the limo-tint trade-off — backed by the Ceramic Pro lifetime warranty and registered on your Carfax record.
On a Kansas summer afternoon, untreated glass lets up to 60% of solar heat through — turning your cabin into a furnace and forcing your A/C to work overtime.
KAVACA Ultimate IR’s nano-ceramic particles selectively block infrared wavelengths from 780 nm to 2,500 nm. Your cabin stays cool, your dash, leather, and electronics stay safer, and your fuel/EV range improves.
Most window tints are dyed polyester. Ceramic Pro KAVACA Ultimate IR is a multi-layer nano-ceramic-particle composite — and the difference shows up every single day you drive.
Rejects up to 99% of infrared heat — the part of sunlight that actually feels hot on your skin — using selective nano-ceramic absorption, not reflective metal.
Equivalent to SPF 1000+. Protects your skin from UVA/UVB on long drives and keeps your dashboard, leather, and electronics from fading and cracking.
No dye, no fade. KAVACA Ultimate IR will never turn purple, bubble, or go cloudy — and it's backed by a transferable Ceramic Pro lifetime warranty against failure.
No metal layer means no degraded GPS, no flaky Bluetooth, no LTE / 5G drop-outs, and no interference with toll transponders or keyless entry.
High visible-light transmission on lighter shades and razor-sharp clarity on darker ones — no haze, no graininess, no glare bouncing back at night.
An adhesive layer holds shattered glass together in a side-impact or break-in attempt — keeping fragments out of the cabin and the glass intact longer.
KAVACA Ultimate IR is available in seven shades from 5% (limo-dark) to 70% (nearly invisible). Every shade gets the same 99% IR rejection and 99.9% UV protection. Local laws apply — we'll walk you through what's legal in Kansas and Missouri.

Every KAVACA Ultimate IR install at Fuel House is registered against a Ceramic Pro manufacturer-backed lifetime warranty that protects against bubbling, peeling, cracking, delamination, and color shift — for the life of the vehicle.
Every install is reported to CarfaxA traditional dyed tint will save you a few dollars today and cost you in heat, fade, and bubbling within a few summers. Here's what changes when you step up to Ceramic Pro KAVACA Ultimate IR.
Ultimate IR is the top-tier window film in Ceramic Pro’s KAVACA® product line. It uses a proprietary nano-ceramic IR-blocking layer — the same chemistry Ceramic Pro pioneered for its surface coatings — to target the infrared wavelengths that make a cabin feel hot. No dyes, no metal, no signal interference.
Compared to a traditional dyed tint, you get dramatically more heat rejection at any given shade, no purple-fade over time, and a manufacturer-backed lifetime warranty registered to your vehicle.
Kansas allows 35% VLT or darker on the driver and front-passenger windows, with darker shades permitted on rear windows. Missouri allows 35% VLT on front side windows. SUVs, trucks, and vans typically have more freedom on rear windows in both states.
We're fully versed in the legal limits on both sides of the state line and will recommend the right combination of shades for your vehicle. Medical exemptions can apply — bring your paperwork.
A typical sedan takes about 2–3 hours, and a full SUV with a rear hatch about 3–4 hours. We can do same-day appointments in most cases, and we offer a comfortable lounge with Wi-Fi if you'd like to wait. Curing is virtually complete by the time you drive off — full cure happens over the next several days, during which we ask you not to roll your windows down.
No. Purple-fade and bubbling are caused by dye breakdown and adhesive failure — both properties of cheaper dyed films. KAVACA Ultimate IR contains no dyes at all, and uses a Ceramic Pro manufacturer-grade adhesive tested over the lifetime of the vehicle. Your Ceramic Pro lifetime warranty covers both, just in case.
Absolutely — and as a Ceramic Pro Elite Dealer it’s one of our favorite stack-ups. Many of our clients add a clear KAVACA windshield film for full-vehicle UV and IR coverage, and pair it with a KAVACA Paint Protection Film or Ceramic Pro nano-ceramic coating on the body. Mention it when you book and we'll bundle a quote.
Pricing depends on the vehicle, the shades you choose, and how many windows you include. As a guideline, a typical full-vehicle Ceramic Pro KAVACA Ultimate IR install starts in the mid-hundreds and scales with vehicle size and complexity. The Ceramic Pro lifetime warranty is included — there are no add-on warranty packages.
The fastest way to get an accurate number is to send us your year/make/model and we'll quote you back the same day.
