Multi-layer carbon-based automotive window film. Carbon X rejects up to 80% of infrared heat with no metal, no dye, and zero signal interference — the smart choice when you want serious heat performance at a clean price.
KAVACA Carbon X uses a proprietary multi-layer carbon-particle construction to reject heat across the infrared spectrum. No dye, no metal — just precision-engineered carbon doing the work.
Carbon X delivers serious IR performance and a clean, color-stable finish at a price point well below our nano-ceramic films. For most daily drivers, it's the sweet spot of heat rejection, looks, and value.
On a Kansas summer afternoon, untreated glass lets up to 60% of solar heat through — turning your cabin into a furnace and forcing your A/C to work overtime.
Carbon X's multi-layer carbon particles absorb infrared wavelengths across the spectrum. Your cabin stays cool, your dash, leather, and electronics stay safer, and your fuel/EV range improves.
Carbon X isn't the most premium film we sell — but for the money, it delivers more than most "ceramic" films from other brands.
Rejects up to 80% of infrared heat — the part of sunlight that actually feels hot on your skin — using multi-layer carbon, not reflective metal.
Blocks 99% of UVA/UVB. Protects your skin on long drives and keeps your dashboard, leather, and electronics from fading and cracking.
Carbon particles don't fade. Carbon X will never turn purple, bubble, or go cloudy — and it's backed by a transferable lifetime warranty against failure.
No metal layer means no degraded GPS, no flaky Bluetooth, no LTE / 5G drop-outs, and no interference with toll transponders or keyless entry.
A true neutral charcoal tone that complements any factory paint. No purple haze, no green tint — just clean glass that ages well.
An adhesive layer holds shattered glass together in a side-impact or break-in attempt — keeping fragments out of the cabin and the glass intact longer.
KAVACA Carbon X is available in seven shades from 5% (limo-dark) to 70% (nearly invisible). Every shade gets the same 99% UV protection and consistent heat rejection. Local laws apply — we'll walk you through what's legal in Kansas and Missouri.

Every Carbon X install at Fuel House is registered against a Ceramic Pro manufacturer-backed lifetime warranty that protects against bubbling, peeling, cracking, delamination, and color shift — for the life of the vehicle.
Every install is reported to CarfaxA cheap dyed window tint will save you a few dollars today and cost you in heat, fade, and bubbling within a few summers. Here's what changes when you step up to KAVACA Carbon X.
Carbon X is the mid-tier window film in Ceramic Pro's KAVACA® product line. It uses a multi-layer carbon-particle construction — no dye, no metal — to absorb infrared heat and block UV across the spectrum.
Compared to a traditional dyed tint, you get dramatically more heat rejection at any given shade, no purple-fade over time, and a manufacturer-backed lifetime warranty registered to your vehicle.
Kansas allows 35% VLT or darker on the driver and front-passenger windows, with darker shades permitted on rear windows. Missouri allows 35% VLT on front side windows. SUVs, trucks, and vans typically have more freedom on rear windows in both states.
We're fully versed in the legal limits on both sides of the state line and will recommend the right combination of shades for your vehicle. Medical exemptions can apply — bring your paperwork.
A typical sedan takes about 2–3 hours, and a full SUV with a rear hatch about 3–4 hours. We can do same-day appointments in most cases, and we offer a comfortable lounge with Wi-Fi if you'd like to wait. Curing is virtually complete by the time you drive off — full cure happens over the next several days, during which we ask you not to roll your windows down.
No. Purple-fade and bubbling are caused by dye breakdown and adhesive failure — both properties of cheaper dyed films. Carbon X is dye-free and uses a Ceramic Pro manufacturer-grade adhesive tested over the lifetime of the vehicle. Your Ceramic Pro lifetime warranty covers both, just in case.
Absolutely — and as a Ceramic Pro Elite Dealer it's one of our favorite stack-ups. Many of our clients add a clear KAVACA windshield film for full-vehicle UV and IR coverage, and pair it with a KAVACA Paint Protection Film or Ceramic Pro nano-ceramic coating on the body. Mention it when you book and we'll bundle a quote.
Pricing depends on the vehicle, the shades you choose, and how many windows you include. A typical full-vehicle Carbon X install starts a step below our nano-ceramic films and scales with vehicle size and complexity. The Ceramic Pro lifetime warranty is included — there are no add-on warranty packages.
The fastest way to get an accurate number is to send us your year/make/model and we'll quote you back the same day.
